Can I place an order verbally or by email?

No. Email or verbal orders will not be accepted. Only fully paid and finalised online orders will be honoured.

What if I change my mind after ordering?

Unfortunately, online orders may not be cancelled. However, if you wish to change the collection date and/or name of the person collecting the order, please email us with your order number as soon as possible with the changes. Only email requests will be considered - we cannot assist with verbal queries or at our "brick and mortar" store counter.

IMPORTANT: Collection times & places

You may order to collect on any school day up to a week in advance.

1. Orders placed before 9am on the pickup day can be collected at FIRST BREAK from the ramp from the school down towards Streams Café.

2. Orders placed before 12pm can be collected at SECOND BREAK from the ramp from the school down towards Streams Café.

3. Orders placed before 3pm can be collected from the counter INSIDE Streams Café after school.
